Who cares how much the total is if the club can do it ?

The proof of the pudding will be if they do it.

Let's see if the club and council do what they say they are
proposing by next spring. After that you can hold a wake as
the FA will have given its decision surely ?

You could even ask them when they plan to start work in the next few
months and check if they do it ?

Then if they do, isn't this talk a load of rubbish ??
