Response to Tufty lives in past and should shop whinning, again, and again and again..
 

I think you may be wrong on that one, the council did get some money in football grants for the Halton stadium when Runcorn FC Halton played their, they needed Runcorn because Everton reserves pulled out because of the state of the pitch.
Dont forget they sold land in Runcorn to build part of that stadium.
Anybody know how the council suddenly found this 100k and where from?
Could they be giving us our own money back?
