How realistic is the ground being ready by the start of next season? Maybe it might be worth setting a date of January 2011, that way if its ready earlier its positive PR. The worst thing that could happen, is set a date for the start of the season and the ground fail to be ready. Often, when site work gets underway hidden problems are found, weather can also impact on a stadium being ready as well.
