The Pitch

Response to Re: really please

Having used the main pitch at Halton Sports for numerous years, I can say that the surface is a naturally very hard surface. During periods of heavy rain, this often brings problems with surface water.
The hard surface also means it gets scuffed very easily, with the grass not growing as thick as other pitches.
Some of the other pitches tend to be very heavy and retain water easily, even the pitch on the slope.
Looking forward to see the layout of the whole site and the availability of pitches to existing users.
