The College has easier access from Widnes and the M62. Easier access from the M56 via the Weston expressway. The college is located within a short walk of a mainline train station and within a short walk from the towns bus station. So its not a case of what way do you drive as you put it, but from where would people be accessing the stadium from. I would also say that more of the current fanbase would access the college site via foot than they would at Halton Sports. But its a pointless argument as the site has been chosen.
