Lack of Info

It seems there is a distinct lack of info about the whole AGM process.
Everthing has been kept as least public as possible.
Call me a cynic, but I suggest that the official website is not publicihing the full information on procedures, the application process and agenda for the AGM in order to prevent more people from applying and therfore resultingly securing places for the existing board.
Every member of the current board will want to be involved in the Public Back slapping event when they open up the new stadium, faces in the paper, names on the radio etc, all with no mention of the clubs failings over the last 2 years. (How is the shirt sponsor search coming on, or has it been ditched now the season is halfway through?).

I was under the impression that board members could only serve a set term, yet we have people who have been on the board since day one.
