Response to Same old, same old

I have read with sadness some of the comments on this page, Steve Wilkes is so well respected that other managers from all over the North West ring him for his opinion on players etc. The idiots who also comment that noone is banging his door down well just to inform you that he has turned down jobs due to the fact that he isnt interested in working in football at the moment, he however is just keeping his hand in doing a bit of coaching. He remember fondly some of the true fans who have appreciated the work he did for the Linnets however he also remembers the backstabbing ******'s who still blame him for the failings of the team now and he has been gone for months. I would love the cowards who come on here (and we know who they are ) who smiled to his face but stabbed him in the back. They didnt have the courage of their convictions but still insist on blaming the man.

You should worry about your club's future not your club's past and Steve will only be a bigger person for his time dealing with some idiotic people on here.
