Response to Linnets identity crisis

I don't think anyone has mentioned finances etc.
What people look at in then terms are instances such as the election process and previous bullying and as highlighted by the poster, people sitting on boards that have never nominated themselves for election, as is the case with Phil. Surely the holder of the position should serve no more than a one year term?
There is also the issue of trying to pass the history of the Old Runcorn FC as your own. Surely there is mote advantage in looking to the future than there is the past. Selling the club as a new club that people want to be part of. It's not like the old club had a great heritage and fantasy to cling onto. An influx of younger forward thinking people is needed on the board, but the clique holds them people back, as the nominations and interest in joining the board showed at the last election.
