only way now town can get up is if winsford win at ramsbottom on last day of the season unfortunately.having said that though i must agree its been a fantastic season for both runcorn sides in this division.there is no reason why they cant challenge again next season for the league and win it.i think there has to be 2 going up as of next season or a play off introducted for 2nd and 3rd at north west counties premier division level.town have been superb in their first season in this division and linnets have had no choice but to try match towns achievement this season.i think town have pushed linnets to perform also at league level so both sides have had fantastic seasons.building blocks are definatly in place for both sides also.things are positive and looking good also for both sides.as for players leaving their respective clubs why should players want to leave clubs that are on the up and had good positive seasons with things in place off and on the field at both clubs ? i've heard zip about the town players who you say are leaving,for the record i dont think they will and i dont think towey will leave linnets either.then again its only what i think.im not in the know.but i do agree its been a fantastic season all round for local football in runcorn.given us a huge needed shot in the arm as a town also.well done to both sides on that front.i for one im looking forward again to two pretty fierce derbies next season..that is unless winsford can help us out on saturday.if they do.then there wont be any derbies next season cause we will win the league.if...small word but a very powerfull meaning to it.
