Saturday - Day of Destiny for Town!

So, the race for the NWCFL Premier division title comes down to Saturday.
Town have a home game against Blackpool at Pavillions, whilst Ramsbottom host Winsford United.
Ramsbottom lead the table by one point, after Towns late, late winner last night ensured that they go into the game on Saturday one point behind rather than 3 points behind.

A win for Ramsbottom on Saturday will see them crowned champions.
A draw for Ramsbottom on Saturday would need town to beat Blackpool.
A defeat for Ramsbottom on Saturday would mean that Town would only need a draw, with Towns +1 Goal difference being enough to win the title.

It will be a tense day at both Town and at Ramsbottom. I very much doubt that the NWCFL will have a helicopter on standby half way between the two venues waiting to deliver the league trophy!

It would be nice to see a good crowd at Pavillions, as no matter what happens, this has been a great debut season for the club.
