      They have listened to the fans and taken the option of changing the manager.
      They now need to address the other fans issues and concerns.
      How are they going to improve gates?
      How are they going to market the club to potential match goers?
      Will they listen to fans suggestions on marketing, improving funds etc?
      How are they going to take the club forward to the people of Runcorn?

      Thsi is involves hard work for the board, visibility for the board and the ability to take on fans ideas and involve fans, all relatively easy compared to simply calling a manager and sacking him, afterall, Headley has no shortage of experience in this area, I wonder if he dont it by text or e-mail this time?
