If the HBC officials are putting £100k into the project surely the deadline on the project will be met from there experienced people in this area, the Council must have dealt with 100's of these projects in the past, not football grounds granted, but other major projects, and surely they will liase with the football club whilst they are in the process of getting things on the move, or doesn't it work like this...March 2010 will be here before we know it.
