      how will it work with the funding? are the grants awarded and the stadium is built or like lots of grants organisations get, they provide the funding themselves, complete the work, then the grants are presented on completition of the work, as the Linnets have got 30k at present and until the other funding arives from HBC and others how will will the likes of the planning permission and the work commence are we in a simple situation here were 100k of the councils monies are being provided and the football club is just going to get on with it, the council has a list as long as it arm of people who do these jobs work wise in construction and building its in the clubs best interests to be utlising this working alongside the building of the stadium with the council to ensure targets are met, for the league, and the FA that we provide "on time" the facilty the town needs
