Yes i was there, but it does not matter if it was the highest in the league the amount of spectators has dropped off considerably since last season.

Times to come perhaps with no sight of the club moving back home.

Not even 10,000£ has been achieved after all these months.

No PR

April 25 2008, 11:05 AM

No PR is the problem, the club have simply accepted that the 120 regulars who do go, will always go and make no effort to attract new fans.

Clashing a game with the Champions league semi finals is also poor scheduling by the club.

Last game at Home against Squires Gate, not the most appealling.Gates will drop off at the end of the season with all clubs not involved in play offs or relegation.Like Linda said still the best supported in a league where if the opposition bring more that 10 its a novelty.Nice to consolidate when some people on this site expected relegation,so a lot to look forward to next season.

I do not think anyone predicted relegation this season especially not with our budget either.

Yes, what were they thinking about?
Chelsea v Liverpool in the Champions League, tut,tut,tut....
They should have rescheduled to Wednesday to clash with the Manutd/Barcalona match. They would have got at least 170 there methinks!

Shoud have played it on the Monday night.
But then again, they arent interested in attracting a few more fans, as long as the hardcore 100 sheep all flock along.

you will not put numbers on the gate until we get local people on the playing or coaching staff,we had our chance when pete nolan from prescot applied and was bringing gary moore with him.that might have brought a few extra speccies for us.
