Hi Willie,
Just had a few items to get you updated on and a few reminders to prepare for upcoming events.
1. Wanted to let you know ASM Steve has recovered all of the missing ski passes so there is no need to check with our PLs about this.
2. Don't forget we will be outside at the church at our next meeting on the 12th.
3. Please remind PLs to bring their Patrol's part of our obstacle course to our 12th meeting so we can see how our project will work. If they need help with materials have them get in touch with me and I can help them out.
4. Tom and I will bring the materials needed for our rope bridge.
5. Also at our 12th meeting, could you gather our Scribe, Quartermaster, Librarian and Historian together? I would like you and I to sit down with them to see what they have been doing for our Troop and to see if they need any help to get their duties done.
6. When you contact our PLs you might also remind them that our candy bar money is due no later than the 21st.
7. If any of our scouts are looking for a Community Service Project we have 2 that our Troop has been asked to do. Can you get our Scribe to post a sign-up list in the near future so I will know the scouts to contact?
