As you may be aware, Gordon Brown will be putting a further increase of 5p per gallon on fuel as of tomorrow (1st Oct 2003).
With little alternative to the car, 25,000,000 drivers are forced to pay further stealth taxes. Road users remain a soft target for easy revenue. From congestion charging to the massive rise in speed cameras across the UK, all road users need to make a stand.
Due to the nature of this further increase, at a time when oil prices are also set to rise, we are starting a fresh petition. This will be presented to Downing Street as soon as we manage to raise 1,000,000 people on our e-petition.
