I have seen some of these Chinese made movements on Ebay that are only a couple years old and have already failed. So I would not count on Timex of old quality in these new ones. In the car parts field Chinese made stuff is terrible in quality. As a car tech I have been fighting with this problem for many years. Electronics from China seem to be ok, but anything else is suspect. DennisM
