Otto Frei has a real good one Hypo-tube-cement it is around 5 bucks plus shipping But I guess you know they have a 15.00 dollar min. I sometime use clear silicone I use a toothpick and apply a lite coat I just did a 1952 Elgin and once it sets up it's not going anywere. I like the the fish tank type you can buy at w-mart for 3 or 4 bucks.
