Ambition etc

I don't think I suggested that the club should operate with no full time staff,I simply asked why there should be so many. I doubt that there is another club in our league with as many.
With regard to ambition,it depends where your ambitions lie.
Is it just ensure that the club survives?
Or is it to go forward in a football sense?
In other words aim to obtain Conference standard as quickly as possible.
Have you seen a Conference club with much less than 500 people through the gate for home games?I don't think so.
There is no way this club could survive in the conference,so it's only ambition must be to survive in something like it's present form.So there is no change there.
