Where is our team spirit gone to? Too many changes in the team, you only have to look at the last 6 games - 5 points only - brought in players that are no better than the ones we have already at the club. After Exeter all we really needed was a decent striker. The team was playing well, even after the Manager left and Andy K took over, we still played well. As others have mentioned on the Forum all our players have full time jobs. David can't train with them as he does with the Academy, there just isn't the time. It's very difficult for him if he only has them for an hour a week. We need that team spirit back.
