Rob C. you and me have similar opinions, I was thinking of Wealdstone although, as you said, that was somewhat different because they were renting. With all the money from their ground sale they didn't get back to the conference.
By not buying a new ground straight away, Wealdstone's money lost its purchasing power and has been frittered away. It must be extremely doubtful if they will ever find their way back.
