Questioned about the possibility of a ground-share agreement with neighbours Cambridge City, Harwood acknowledged that there are a lot of rumours in circulation and commented, "We've been discussing the possibility of Cambridge City selling their Milton Road site for a sum of money that would be sufficient for Cambridge City to - in a way that we haven't agreed yet - come into the Abbey Stadium to play their First Team games, to ground share with our First Team, leave enough money for them to invest some of that money to generate funds for them to run their team - because they won't have the car park that they've got now - and to leave a further set of money available to enable the two Clubs to jointly invest in new training facilities in the Cambridge area."

He explained to approximately 75 supporters present at the Supporters Club that the training facilities are envisaged to include a pitch capable of hosting reserve and youth games for both clubs, with a small stand for spectators. The Chairman hopes to resume talks with City in the next two weeks.
