Saw him play for the U's, he's a tenacious sort of player, but can play a bit too, should make a difference in the middle, he likes to get forward and support the attack, just like Jon Chalinor used to do.
Understand him and Leon used to play in the same youth team at the U's - he was favoured by Tommy Taylor - but shouldn't hold that against him - he's fast and has skill (according to my Leyton Orient colleague!!) and in this case size really doesn't matter!
If memory serves me, I think Dover had a powerhouse midfielder who was only about 5' 5" when they took the DMP title, I think his name was Brian Little? he WAS their midfield all on his own. Maybe Beall will do a similar job for us.
