He's made changes mid term which will always take time to settle - read the other postings - people are expecting different formations, different squad players - the luxury things that you can do maybe at the beginning of the season - not this far in - as I said two months ago - I will wait til the end of the season - if we stay up then Batchy can have the time he needs to settle a team for next season.
As for the critism I have read about Leon - the guy has had less than three full games worth of playing for us - this is about team effort.
