i need your opinions....

by

im 26 yrs old and had a tubal ligation 4 mos. ago. i have two children and am maternally satisfied so sterilization was my choice. sadly enough, i dont know the type of ligation i had, nore did i know there was a such thing as side effects of this procedure until i saw this site...i decided to look into this due to abdominal pain i was having...anyway, as i read womens' letters i started to recognize little things. i dont know weather im being paranoid or what? ( you know how you can find truth in everything a psychic says....same thing...you believe what you want to ) well, i have been experiencing very painful periods. usually the first two days only are miserable. when i stand up from a sitting position, i feel like my stomach is severly bruised. sometimes i cant even stand up straight..i have to do it really slow. periods are very heavy the first two days too. though i see no other apparent symptoms, i know this is not normal for me. i have a high pain tolerance and at this very moment i am afraid to stand...and im not on my period.it just ended a week ago. so what am i experiencing? i cant endure this for my entire life. help!.....shanon

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
