I Found You All Just In the Nick Of TIME!!!!!!!

by Beth Pall (no login)

I am an almost 40 year old woman that had a Tubal in September of 1994 after the delivery of my third child, it was preformed during the "c-section". My story is so very long but I need the help of all of you that have suffered from the hands of doctors we trusted. I have lived in chronic pelvic pain since the day the surgery was preformed. I Have cysts on my ovaries that have caused my ovaries to become the size of softballs and I truly don't know where to start except to tell you all that I am in the middle of a law suit against these doctors for this, my attorneys are asking after two years of this case being in the courts to please release them from their duties to me as they have no expert for my behalf, I do now. If anyone has a phone number for Dr.Hufnagel please send it to me ASAP. I am in an emotional overload right now just from having found you all, I will try and write my post off line so it will be clear and not a novel.
I thank you all for being here and hope someone has her number for me soon!
Until later, THANK YOU
Beth Pall

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
