Can't We All Just Get Along? :o)

Ladies-
I have been reading the posts below where some of you are upset over recent postings on the board. I understand your feelings, but please understand mine.
What has happened to each and every one of us is HORRIBLE!! Some of us have been and still are being lied to by the very people that we thought we should be able to trust. That is bad enough, but, when things like this start happening, it makes it worse. This is exactly what we DON'T need, fighting amongst ourselves. IF we want to put a stop to the things that are going on, we ALL have to pull together. We can't be divided like this.
This board is a safe haven for those of us that come here. Here, we can post or feelings, and not have to defend ourselves. I truly believe this!! However, some of you feel slighted by some comments made. We are all SO FRUSTRATED at what we have been and are still going through due to an operation that we were told would not harm us. We are continually lied to and put off by the very people responsible for what we are experiencing. Personally, I don't know how much more I can take before I get a little out of it! ;o)
We need to point our anger at the people that it needs to be pointed at. The DR'S!! Don't turn on each other, please. I understand what you are feeling. Sometimes, people say things that come out wrong because they are so darn frustrated at the way they see us being treated. Dr. Vicki truly cares about us and wants to help us get better. It is within both her power and ours to make a change in the way PTS is handled by the medical community. The battle itself is going to be a long, hard one. Let's not have fighting amongst ourselves that adds to this. We all have to be focused on what we want to achieve with our movement.
Okay, I hope that didn't come off like I was being judgemental or coming down on anyone here. I AM NOT AT ALL!! I am merely trying to be the peacemaker. To get us back on the right track.

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
