Hi Sue. Sorry to hear about your situation. Wouldn't it just be a miracle if you were pg? Just having a baby in January my hormones are still a little unbalanced so I might not know what I am saying but I have this little wish that I were pregnant again. I told this to my oldest daughter (16) and she asked why? One answer was "maybe because I can't". Another was "because I live for my children and they make me the happiest and most fufilled person in the world". I work full time mainly because I want to but because I guess I feel I have too (or I wouldn't be super mom) believe me if I could stay home with the kids (peacefully) and without scrimping, I would. If I were to be PG there would be no if's, ands or buts, I would stay home. I think my job wouldn't put up with another pregnancy. Again, emotions are rampant. It feels good to be able to express myself anyhow. I suppose there are others that can relate to my situation. This is a neat bulletin board. Thanks for listening.

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
