Not many women from the 60's here
To be so uneducated ....
you will never close a hospital
but you educate everyone on the issues
and some people will go to other hospitals
other hospitals will create new programs
and people will go there
I am sorry I am amused ..that s many have never
been in a strike....
Let me educate you.....

I worked in the grape strike.....
I was in med school I and one other student went t the fields and helped the farm workers
they had horrible conditions and no one cared
NO ONE

I stood in front of stores asking pople for years
not to buy grapes...I was ridicudled and laughed at ..wealthy people bought grapes and came out
of the store eating them to be cruel...it was horrible....But I kept going and going to the fields to help...working in the felds taught me to be humble...after years the strike taught women
who bought grapes to care and the union helped the farmers things changed

I was active in organizing the Nestles Strike
Nestles KILLED thousands of infants in Africa
NO ONE CARED...NO ONE..there was no laws no suites..I worked years on the strike ...women shopper finally got it...and money and help was given to Africa...they could never repay for the death they created...

Read about the strike movement ....
It is non violent protest
It works
It takes time

WOMEN ARE THE BEST STRIKERS

THE BEST....

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
