First I go on record as saying I take offense to your inferrences that I am intentionally misleading people in order to save the insurance companies money. That is absurd!!! I have trained with some of the best doctors on the east coast and midwest and have actually learned a thing or two !!!!! One thing I learned well is that if you play ball in their field, you better know how to run, and you better know the rules. Otherwise, they will shoot you down and lock you out and anything you have to say, will have to be done do from a foriegn country. There is no one on this planet who wants to see changes regarding Tubal ligations any more than I. This procedure has literally ruined my life and it is unfair and insensitive of you to insinuate that I do not have good intentions. This is why women are leaving this board, they feel completely abandoned for the sake of "Rights over Publicity".My only intention is to fairly evaluate the syndrome we call PTLS and research a treatment. I am not interested in becoming the face on the news, or the back cover of a book. What I have to say is real and needs to be exposed in the proper way. I have done far too much work on this subject to allow a radical approach to interfere with what I think needs to be said, I'm thinking Dateline or 20/20, not Jerry Springer. Additionally, I have a laporoscopy scheduled for Friday morning with a reversal of ny tubal if possible. If anyone is interested in the results, they can e-mail me.

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
