They had "Barbara Harris" on. She's from a group in CA who is paying crack addicts to have a TL.
My consern would be of course that these women are informed of the risks and side effects.
Also, what about paying the guys to get clipped? I'm sure a crack addit guy would do it for $25. Since they are paying the women $200 each, they could do 8 guys for every one woman.
