I AM 27YRS OLD, AND AM DUE ANY DAY NOW WITH MY 3RD CHILD, MY HUSBAND HAS 3 CHILDREN FROM PREV MARRIAGE,..I THOUGHT TIL JUST A MOMENT AGO AFTER READING ALL OF THESE STORIES THAT I WANTED A TUBAL, NOW I AM SO UNSURE, CONFUSED. YOU NAME IT REALLY. MY MOTHER REGRETS HAVING HER TUBAL DONE NOW BECAUSE MY BROTHER WAS A VICTIM IN COLD BLOOD MURDER. SHE WISHED THAT SHE COULD HAVE ANOTHER NOW. FOR ME I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BEST THING. I DIDNT WANT TO HAVE ANY MORE CHILDREN, VERY FOCUSED ON MY SCHOOLING AND FEELING TOTALLY WIEGHED DOWN. I LOVE MY CHILDREN, BUT JUST FELT LIKE 3 IS ENOUGH. NOW I AM SCARED, I AM YOUNG, MY HUSBAND IS 12 YEARS OLDER THAN ME, MY INSURANCE WONT PAY FOR BIRTH CONTROL AND I WANT TO BREAST FEED. I HAVE BREAST FED BOTH MY SON AND DAUGHTER AND FEEL ITS THE HEALTHIEST. NOW I AM UP IN THE AIR. HELP MY HUSBAND DOESNT THINK IT IS A GOOD IDEA, BUT HE SUPPORTS THE DECISIONS THAT I MAKE. HE DOESNT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING PERMANENT DONE EITHER. I HOPE TO HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE, I AM HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS, SO IT IS PROBABLY FOR THE BEST THAT I DONT, BUT I GOT PREGNANT WHILE BREAST FEEDING MY DAUGHTER AND SHE IS ONLY A YEAR OLD. CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
