Emergency appeal to victims of
Post Tubal Syndrome (PTS)

Susan Bucher is fighting in the California court the issue of post tubal syndrome (PTS), the withholding of information, the misinformation given to women by the medical community, cover-up, and other issues surrounding these matters. Susan is representing all victims of PTS and her case is the beginning of an organized effort in our fight to change this situation.

This is a precedent setting case. If this case is not allowed to continue it will be very difficult for other women to follow or for attorneys to organize other suits or class action lawsuits.

California Citizens For Health Freedom, who has been very successful in fighting the medical monopoly, is one of the many organizations supporting and assisting Susan and working in the coordination of this fight.

In order for Susan to succeed in this fight, the California Citizens For Health Freedom is assisting to raise a minimum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). Five thousand ($5,000) minimum for legal fees and ten ($10,000) for the bond which has been ordered by the court. Without this bond Susan's case will be thrown out. We need a minimum donation of $25.00 per person or any lessor or greater amount you are able to send. Any amounts higher will of course be appreciated. This is a loud cry for your help! Without your help women will continue to be misinformed, denied compensation, justice, and their civil rights.

This is an appeal to you to join in helping to win this court battle and lay the foundation for organizing to change the practices of the medical monopoly that is harming women.

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
