Money must be raised not only for legal battles but also just to keep this site up and in place.

Susan's case to very complicated to explain in this short area. Much information about the events that took place is posted at tubal.org.

This case involves the CA doctor who did her second surgery. He lied and sabotaged her IL case against the TL doctor.

In order to do this the CA doctor had to perform a surgery on her. What this boils down to is he committed a battery upon her in order to obstruct justice. These are very serious charges and all are true.

He did these actions to protect the IL doctor AND to cover up that tubal ligations cause these types of conditions. Please keep in mind the ACOG still publicly states that tubal ligations have no side effects. - They state that TL's do not cause a woman's hormones to change, and that there is no such thing as Post Tubal Syndrome.

What is needed is funding. Lawyers do not work for free. This site is not here free.

Susan's case is a present setting case. I will open the doors for other women to follow. The defense is working overtime to ensure this case is not brought to trail.

Take the Tubal Ligation I.Q. Test Are you outraged? Feel as though you and other women were not (are not) being informed? Think that a class action lawsuit should be filed on behalf of post tubal women because information was and still is being withheld by the ACOG! The CPTwomen invites all reading this forum to join the CPTwomen and communicate with us at the members' forum. All posting here and conversation here has been moved to the members' forum.

CPTwomen members have testified in front of the IL and CA Court, the IL Gov. Task Force, the Sunset Review Committee, (Senator Liz Figueroa), NOW, and more. What occurred has been made a matter of public record. The CPTwomen are making public the issues which millions of other women have faced in silence. Issues such as women are not informed at the time of their tubal ligation that there is a risk of hormonal imbalance occurring. For the CPTwomen to continue its mission to move this issue to the forefront of government, we must ask for a small contribution/subscription fee from all those who wish to communicate with us and participate at the Coalition's Bulletin Board
