Response to Uhh, USC ring a bell? |

Aw man, now I'm gonna get heat because Florida ONLY beat Oklahoma by 10 points??? Oklahoma, who everybody was praising for having the highest scoring offense in college football history? They were held to 14 points man, come on!
That was a game between two of the best teams in college football last year. It was basically a speed vs. power matchup in terms of offenses, and it was actually a decent matchup for once - no blowout either way, so nobody can say that one team obviously didn't deserve to be there.
I agree with you, it would be a HUUUUUUUUUGE upset if UT pulled out a win in g'ville. I also agree that 2010 will be a very interesting year for US! Personally I'm hoping this new QB coming in will be able to take part in a two-qb system like Leak/Tebow in '06. He's not a power guy like Tebow though, so it'll take some tweaking.
Although this may sound twisted (and I'm not trying to be insulting), but at least an SEC team has kept the National Championship in conference for the last 3 years. It just lets us continue our tradition of SEC dominance across the country. Toughest teams in the land, no doubt about that. | |
