Wasn't Channing Crowder a punk at UF? He seems to be doing very well for the Dolphins off the field right now. People change, especially kids who screwed up at 13 (even though he was more of a "watcher" than a "doer" during the crime). After all, the victim has forgiven him, so it's now a non-issue. There is a WORLD of difference between 13 and 18 year olds.

Besides, I would stick the kid's GPA up against the vast majority - if not all - of UF's recruits.

Marve, on the other hand, is a different story. This guy has been acting like a clown at UM more than once. His idiotic behavior is recent. So I would be more inclined to sign Hood than I would Marve. Besides, Marve sucks. He needs to go to Purdue - take the papers, don't walk on here.
