ACK!!!

So last time I went to the bank, I singed up to have cheque books delivered to my house so I don't have to go there.
I finally went through my old cheque books and am ready to start using the first one they sent me.
It is blocked, so I have to call the 'tele-bank' to enable it.
But their phone system doen't take 'tone' dialers, only 'pulse' dialers, so I can't enter my number through our wireless phone. So I go to the other phone, just to find that my password has been blocked.
So I'm supposed to call the agency and I do that. And they tell me that I have to go to the agency and enable a new password (and also to enable the cheque book).

That was supposed to be more convenient than going to the agency and getting the cheque books?

Hmph!!
