I was locked at home and couldn't get the car out. If my mom hadn't called me to look at the flowers as I was going out, I'd have made it out the gate.
As it was, I had to take a taxi. And now I don't know if the people who want to do the tests are actually coming.

Do you know what caused it?

It lasted about 45 minutes and was at least the whole area from my house to work. No traffic lights were working on the way there.

But now things are ok. I did miss the local news though, because I went to the supermarket with my mom and we had lunch there. It'll be in the paper tomorrow though.

I somehow missed a nationwide blackout last week. The lights never went out here.
