So I bought a bag of cranberries. They were fresh and nice and I thought, since cranberries are good for you, and fresh fruit is at its best, I might as well buy them.
I ate two before I gave up.
They are <color="green">SOUR!!!!!</color>
So I asked for some advice, searched the net on how to make cranberry juice and came up with my own personal health juice.
I boiled the cranberries, sifted them, put everything in the blender for a couple of minutes, sifted them again (the leftovers looked like bits of straw, interestingly enough), and then mixed the resulting beverage with orange juice for sweetness. About 1/4. Can't really say it's "sweet", but it's not "unbearably sour" either.
Next year, I'm making sauce to go with the turkey.
