I'm spending all my time chasing the toddler and the baby around, trying to get them to sleep at naptime and nighttime, and writing books around and between. Just won a big award for my first paperback (yay!), another one is out next month, two more at the end of the summer. So I've been keeping busy.
What've you been doing? I should go see if you have nifty new pictures to look at.
...I am very busy at the university because I started to study software development next to my art history study and it's pretty hard. We have to program a lot with many different programming languages and so on. Logic thinking is very important.
In my free time I play floorball and inline hockey and when I find even more time I paint of course. My newest paintings are here: home.pages.at/agarwaen
What's the name of your book? Maybe I'll buy it. Writting must be cool. I guess if I would write my characters would be very boring. I most enjoy Jack London at the moment.
...for visiting my site. I don't have a counter there but I guess you and me are the only two who visit my site.
Studying software development is like beeing in a Star Trek TNG episode as I always say. The difference is that we don't wear uniforms and we don't fly around in a starship.
I don't know if there are really guy and girlie things. I am not even sure if you can say that something is good or bad. And some things even get good because they are so bad. Makes this sense? Maybe not... I shouldn't have read a philosophical text by Karl Popper today.
About the guy and girlie thing again. I think there is more an attitude thing about who likes what.
It's all in what you like, regardless of gender. Anyway, this book (The Gripping Beast) is my play on the ring cycle and I had a lot of fun with it. It took me forever to finish it, and I'm really happy to see it hitting the shelves at long last. : )
I'm picturing a bunch of software engineers wearing TNG uniforms now! And you're welcome, I always liked the pictures you posted.
...book must be very complicated. I guess you must plan the characters exactly, how they are like and all that stuff. As I have said before my characters would be all pretty much the same I guess... some kind of cool action heroes or something like that. I also have no good ideas anyway.
The software guys or softies as we were called lately by a tutor are very motivated like the Star Trek TNG crew. The art history guys for example are totally different. They are more relaxed and like to chill.
By the way I was years ago at a Star Trek premiere and there really were some guys wearing that uniforms. Oh and at the last LOTR premiere there were even guys with swords.
