What an eventful evening.

First we went to my boss' house for a Home and Gift party (which was also secretly a baby shower for one of my co-workers.)

It turned out that it was also a bridal shower for me. I got a rolling pin wrapped in money for good luck.

Then I got peed on by my boss' 2.5-year old. It was funny. She was sitting next to me eating her ice-cream cake and all of a sudden says "I think I need to pee", and I felt something warm against my leg and thought "too late".

Then on my way home, my friend who was giving me a ride had problems with her car and we had to stop at a gas station and wait for her husband to come get us. She was really stressed about it, so we bought a lottery ticket. If we win anything we'll split.

And now I got home and the papers I had requested from immigration Canada have arrived.

And I got an e-mail from my student and she passed her oral test.

...that's really eventful. It almost sounds like the screenplay of a movie if you ask me.

By the way, I watched a bit Grease today.

That is a nice movie.

I watched Der Himmel Über Berlin last week, and now I requested the sequel from the library. It's called Faraway, so Close in English, but I don't know what the name is in English.

I also watched the Constant Gardener. I read the book over Christmas, and I really liked the movie. Ralph Fiennes is a very good actor and he really portrayed well how devastated Justin was at Tessa's death. It was really sad.

I'm also looking forward to watching Finding Neverland, which is waiting for me at the library.

Hi Magrat!

Nice to see you here.

I'll try to post a bit more in the future, once I get the hubby settled (and myself settled from moving the hubby.)
