.....Had Regier gotten the job done in a timely matter, Drury never would have gotten an offer from the Rangers. Drury grew frustrated with Regier's lack of communication for so long, when his dream job became an option, the Sabres were going to lose out. If a GM does not treat his captain with respect, why would the captain want to stay and play for that team? Regier's inaction drove Drury to seek somewhere else to play...D'
