The Wings made some sweet offers to the big-names this summer, so it's ridiculous to blame Holland for anything. Doan is still out there, but word is he's been offered ridiculous long-term money by an Eastern club, so I'm forgetting about him too. This is the year to avoid panic, develop the youth, and prepare for the next phase. Some great FA's hitting the market next summer, and the Wings will be poised with their checkbook ready.
