      well when i turned 10 or somewhere around there that was like 3 years ago or something my mom gave everyone that came (7 people) 15$ and we went to the mall and bought stuff if you dont have that many people comeing you could like give them each 20 4 or something then we did makeup and played with the stuff we bought (1 hint dont be the first person at your own party to fall asleep thay played with the prestents they gave me and ate my cake) you could play like light as a feather stiff as a bored or truth or dare or other stuff hope i helped you
