hey megan i think the best idea for a 12 year old girl birthday party is to have like 4 of your closest friends come to your house and you guys make your own face masks and put cucumbers on your eyes and while your waiting for it to dry talk about boys.lol i know you like them lol that was my favorite thing when i was your age.Well then you could do eachothers nails and stuff also.On the other hand if you have more money you are willing to spend you and your friends can go to a salon and pay someone to do it and then walk around in the mall afterwards.I hoped this helped and write back and tell me how it went.
