what you do)fill the balloons with water alot of water. and there are two ways you can play this game you can toss them to other friends or you can have a fight, just throw them at the other girls make sure they bring there swim suits
have fireworks if you are allowed to(just get the small little ones)
have a bbQ with ribs, hamburgers,hotdogs, fruit salad stuff like that
