      * fancy dress up competition - have a bag full of equipemnt for each group and about 3 minutes for one of the members to dress up as somthing scary, and have parents or other kids judge best, scariest ec
      *Blind fold older kids and hav a box of editible but ewwwey food let them dare eat it, person who lasts longest and is braver wins.
      * stick the nose on the witch
      * pass the haunted pastle
      * decorate ghost cookies
      * using a cut out star sponge adding paint decorate t-shirts, paper ec whatever is cheap
