My friends 21st birthday was a disaster, she is a year older than me so everyone was turning 21 this year; and she is almost 22. So...i still want to make a big deal out of her bday bc we have gone out of our way for peoples 21st. I need an idea for a reason/slogan for her celebrating 22 like shes 21. something fabulous and funny to put ona tshirt and wear to the bars. i would be thankful for any suggestions. thanks.
