On the 31st of October I am having a Birthday/Halloween Party. I am turning 18, and I have had a Birthday/Halloween Party the past three years. Last years was the best, but all my friends and I did was sit around, watch movies, and eat. My decorations were awsome and I spent about 250 on them. I guess you can say I like to go all out, since Halloween is my favorite holiday.
But my problem is.
I want this year to kick last years butt. I want to scare the **** out of my friends some how, and this year I do not want to just be sitting around. Some ideas would be helpfulll!
