PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME;I AM GOING TO BE 16 ON MARCH 31, 2003, AND I DON'T KNOW WHRE I'M HAVING MY PARTY OR WHO I'M GOIN TO INVITE. I LIVE IN PHILADELPHIA AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE I COULD BOOK A ROOM LARGE ENOUGH, AND PRETTY ENOUGH FOR THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME SPECIAL ENENT. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE IT AT MY HOUSE BECAUSE TIS IS TOO SPECIAL TO ME, AND I WANT ALOT OF PEOPLE TO DANCE TO THE MUSIC THAT IS PLAYED(HIP-HOP)OF COARSE.

Find your local halls and call them to see how much they charge. Just look in the Yellow pages and start calling. Make sure you call quite a few and then decide which ones to visit. Ask a lot of questions about what is available for the rental price, tables, use of kitchen, chairs, etc. You will get quite a variety of prices so call a lot of them.
